What does your hair like?

1-st*  The hair likes vitamins. Vitamin A is involved in the growth of the cells and tissues. It is contained in: carrots, spinach, liver, milk and dairy products, especially in fish oil. You can make nourishing masks in combination with castor oil and egg yolk. It nourishes and strengthens the hair roots. Lack of Vitamin B leads to hair loss, slow growth and damaged hair.

 

Grains, dried vegetables, wheat germ are rich in vitamin B. In the absence of vitamin C observed is wavy hair and splitting ends. It is found in fruits and vegetables, in particular: kiwi, lemons, oranges, grapefruits, tomatoes, blueberries, strawberries, parsley, cabbage and red peppers. Particular deficiency of this vitamin is characteristic for smokers.

 

2-nd*  The hair likes a conditioner or mask after every wash. For healthy hair appropriate is the conditioner, treated and damaged hair feel better using masks. Furthermore, when you use a conditioner or mask the combing of the hair is easier and it does not tear that much. Thanks to masks the hair is nourished, hydrated and untangled.

 

3-rd*  Hair likes its splitting ends to be cut off. The hair may have splitting ends due to many reasons. Among them is drying form the blow dryer, curling or blond colors, or just the necessity to cut off the unnecessary tips. If splitting ends are not cut on time they can split further and the hair will look matt.

 

4-th*  Hair likes to be brushed every day before bed for at least 5 minutes. Brushing should be in different directions. This helps the hair become thicker, more shiny and will hold the hairstyle longer.
